• Contact details: Name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address
• Insurance enquiry details: Type of insurance needed, age, city of residence, existing cover details
• Policy application data: Date of birth, gender, nominee details, vehicle registration (for motor), travel dates (for travel insurance), health declaration details (for health/life insurance)
• Payment information: We do not store card or UPI details — payments are processed directly by the insurer

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, referring URL
• IP address: Used for geographic analytics only — we do not link IP to personal identity

2.3 Information from third parties

• When you contact us via WhatsApp, your WhatsApp profile name and number are shared with us by Meta Platforms

Each insurer has its own privacy policy and is independently regulated by IRDAI.

4.2 With service providers

• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage data (if analytics cookies accepted)
• Meta (WhatsApp/Facebook) — communication platform data
• Web hosting provider — server infrastructure only; no data access

4.3 Legal requirements

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority (including IRDAI).

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Our website contains links to insurer websites (Star Health, HDFC Life, Tata AIG, etc.) and social media platforms. Once you leave our website, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that a child has submitted personal data without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
